Submission of formal presentation to the Nobel Prize Committee of the Scientific Discovery of the 4th Dimension
I am a Physicist (BS 1995), a student at WESTERN WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY and I have made an important scientific discovery - The 4th Dimension. I will not get into scientific details, but a lot of our science will improve with the acceptance and use of this new discovery.
I have created a website to explain my discovery, it is titled: "Ueber Alles - The Struggle of Kurt Schwierige" - It reads like “a movie”, but I use this teaching technique so complex ideas can be understood with ease. It illustrates how to use The 4th Dimension scientifically. The website address that has a list of all my Technical Papers is here:
http://www.ueberalles.com/dedication.html
The 4th Dimension acts as an “error checker” and will become an invaluable tool for scientists to use.

One man's terrorist is another's freedom fighter
The administration's lies about its rationales for attacking Iraq fit a pattern of deceit that has dragged America into other unjust and catastrophic wars. Conscious, manipulative lies were also at the root of US intervention in Vietnam. Hysterical cold warriors portrayed Vietnam as the key domino in a global struggle against communism. The US had canceled 1956 elections, which would have given Ho Chi Minh control of a unified Vietnam. But nationalist guerillas were clearly on the brink of wresting South Vietnam from western control.
In 1964 North Vietnamese allegedly fired on two US ships in the Gulf of Tonkin. While campaigning as a peace candidate, Lyndon Johnson used the incident to win congressional approval for unlimited intervention. By 1967 he'd sent some 550,000 US troops into Southeast Asia.
As the old saying goes, about the only thing we ever learn from history is that we never learn from history. One man's terrorist is another's freedom fighter, and what some governments consider potential terrorists are simply those who don't agree with government policies.

Economic Growth and Just Lazy Politicians
Why is it that every year [central bank governor] Lattibudiere tells us and Hughes that there is 'strong economic growth' in the first, second and third quarter? Yet at the end of those same years the economic growth is so low? Why is it that all the declared 'growths' are from sectors such as agriculture, which incidentally is difficult to easily, and accurately quantify at short notice?
Manufacturing is an easier sector to quantify, and I noticed for years now that that sector is always in decline. What can the ordinary man look at to agree with the growth figures? GCT, company profits, accumulated bank savings?
Never before has the economy suffers so much setback in the construction industry, yet we are told of robust and strong economic growth. I bet the Just Lazy Politicians are going to let the Pain get away with this scam as they do with other things. Poor Jamaica, That reminds me of the toll.
If each driver from Portmore use the toll road to leave and return daily at the present rate of $120 per day for 35 years - i.e. $120x52weeksx5daysx35years = $1,092,000. That is the least each person would have paid over the period. At the rate of $120 a day, it would have cost each driver annually upward of $31,200 to live in Portmore. Will the Just Lazy Politicians (JLP) ever learn to communicate this graphically to Jamaicans?
I am not a labourite, so you won't see me on a labourite bus going around the country. I am a Jamaican who wants to see Jamaica move up economically and socially. I am here longing for some clear communication from each party how they are going to move Jamaica forward - be it economically, educationally, socially etc.
Incidentally Mike Henry has a wonderful idea on properly registering every citizen of Jamaica - it’s a proposal similar to one that work in the UK. He also propose camera for crime control. I heard Mike with this proposal for a long time now, i.e. before I went to the UK - I did not understand him then, but I have no doubt its an ideal for control and planning in many ways. I did most of my transactions online in the UK. I could also go to the bank and get a loan easily. Why? I had a tracking identity. Will the JLP support Mike Henry? When will they move forward with one voice?
A lot of workable systems and approach to governance in countries like the USA and the UK won't be adapted here in Jamaica, as the educated blacks keep telling us that technology is a white man thing, and anything from the white man can be traced back to slavery and colonization. The poor, uneducated and un-traveled tended to believe it.
If we educate a set of people, who keep on telling us that we can't, we will think we definitely can't and worst we wont. UWI is helping to choke us.
